After nine years Dr Libby Farrugia has become Veterinary Director and part owner of EVH Emergency Vet Hospital.

Dr Libby Farrugia has over 20 years’ experience in the veterinary profession. Upon graduation from Murdoch, she worked across the Eastern seaboard of Australia and into Asia. With a family to raise she returned to Perth and settled into one of the Senior Emergency Veterinary roles. With the progressive developments in veterinary medicine, treatment options and technology, emergency veterinary is a dynamic environment which she finds professionally fulfilling.

Alongside a wealth of experience, Dr. Libby offers pragmatic and reassuring leadership. This will faciliate technical and strategic direction for the future. Her vision is to finds ways to develop longevity in the industry, strategies to decrease burn out and encourage continuous improvement through education and team learning.
