To make a claim:

1. Check your pet insurance company offers GapOnly.
2. Let us know when you arrive
3. The hospital lodges the claim on your behalf and the GapOnly team assesses your eligibility
4. GapOnly claims are processed 5am-7pm Monday- Saturday (WA Time) – excluding NSW Public Holidays
5. Once your claim has been assessed and approved, you simply pay the amount not covered by your pet insurance
